Confidentiality
Ag-Biotech, Inc. fully understands the sensitive nature of possession of genetic materials and information and warrants to comprehensive confidentiality to each of its customers. Ag-Biotech, Inc. is ready to pursue the following initiatives to fully ensure the highest level of customer's satisfaction and confidentiality:

1. The customer may wish to agree and sign a Non-Disclosure Information Statement Agreement or a Confidentiality Agreement with Ag-Biotech, Inc.
   
   
2. To protect the propriety nature of the germplasms, the customer may choose to have the extra seeds return to them or have the materials destroyed at the conclusion of the test.
   
   
3. The customer may chose to send only leaf materials for test analysis. Ag-Biotech, Inc. will provide complete instructions and plant tissue sampling kit.
